The Mane Event Equine Education & Trade Fair in Red Deer, Alberta from April 24-26 is one of the largest horse shows of its kind in the province. There are a host of clinics covering many disciplines from reining to dressage and competitive trail riding. The popular Trainers Challenge puts three trainers in a head to head competition to start a colt. Shop 'til you drop at the trade show featuring hundreds of exhibitors and a huge variety of products and services including tack, equipment, accessories, books and magazines, riding clubs, horse trailers, home decor, feed and supplements, riding apparel, breed clubs and equine associations to name a few.
